Polyethylene foamed cotton with non-crosslinked closed cell structure, also known as EPE pearl cotton, is a new environmentally friendly packaging material. It is made of low density polyethylene (ldpe) grease by physical foaming to produce numerous independent bubbles. It overcomes the defects of common foam, such as fragile, deformation and poor recovery.
